Etihad Airways has extended its sponsorship deal with Aviva Premiership rugby union team, Harlequins, until May 2011. The Abu Dhabi-based airline began the partnership with London side Harlequins in 2007, with an initial three-year agreement.

It was always going to be a tough challenge but Quins did themselves proud against a Leicester A side which was loaded with International and first team experience. The sun was shining, Right Said Fred we getting Deeply Dippy, Jade Kindar-Martin was walking the tightrope across the top of the stadium, gymnasts were vaulting, circus performers were bouncing, leaping and somersaulting, the crowd were buzzing with anticipation and finally the teams stepped out onto the pitch for what was billed as an enthralling encounter.
